Refund & Return Policy

• We offer a 30 day return policy for change of mind. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs

• All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, unopened, in their original shipped packaging, and include any parts and accessories supplied

• If items are returned via courier, the costs are non‐refundable

• All of our products are inspected before leaving our warehouse. If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full). We will either organise one of our delivery drivers to replace the damaged item with a new one or if you return the item via courier we will reimburse you for any return shipping costs you may incur. Please provide us with a copy of the receipt via email to orders@dynamicchemicals.com.au for any shipping costs you may incur

• All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage

• Please take photographs of any damages and send them to us via email to orders@dynamicchemicals.com.au before sending the item back, as we need to report damages to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse

• Should your product be faulty, please contact us so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs

​It is important to understand that once products leave the Dynamic Chemical warehouse, how the product is used is your responsibility, and any damage e.g. to property, equipment, caused associated is not at fault by Dynamic Chemicals Australia. We can only compensate with replacement of product. You warrant that you have received adequate information regarding the goods to ensure their safe use, handling and storage, and ensure that the goods are handled responsibly.
